Signs of a cold day. The weather phenomena known in this area as "sundogs" usually appears on a cold frosty winter morning although they can last throughout the whole day. Not the kind of day to be sitting out on an open tractor.  In some conditions they will also appear in the summer.

Here in Vermont we don't have sundogs--we have hush puppies...no, wait, thats down south.  Aside from that, I like the picture and even tho it is 10 above here right now and we have a big storm coming, and we have already had our winter allotment of snow, I realize that I'm warm compared to Sask., and cold compared to FL-- so its just a matter of mind.  I think I've lost mine-- but it is probably just "Cabin Fever", a February malady.   Thanks for the picture, Ralph.
