Title: McCormick Deering W9
Post by: RG8800 on June 28, 2008, 02:47:16 AM
Thought I might try posting one of my pics from our little town's parade in 2005 showing a McCormick Deering W9 pulling what I think was also a McDeering thresher.

I had an ID-9 once but it was too far gone to restore. It was last used to power a sawmill. Tractors that big were just too big for our area back when they were made. Being "wheatland" style instead of rowcrop didn't help either. My family did have and ID-6 with a mounted blade that they used until '72.
