Forum question (OT)
« on: December 21, 2007, 09:41:26 PM »
Hi all,

I'm new to the forum format.  Is there a way to mark or easily identify the posts I've already read? That was one thing I really liked with the e-mail system.  There was the issue of the message subject not matching message content, especially  with a subject that got a lot of posts, but I learned to "adjust."  I see envelopes of different colors that I thought would help identify the ones I've read but doesn't seem to help me. I would like to just see the new "posts" and not wade through all the one's I've already read. I should probably have put this message in the computer help area but there doesn't seem to me much tractor related "stuff" yet.

Thanks,
Gary
Renton, WA.

If you're logged on you can look at the symbols in the left column to see what you've read or not, at least I think so. You could also subscribe to threads.

In the menu bar near the top of the page just click on "New Posts".

Thanks for the tip.  Don't know how I missed that.  There does seem to be a lot of options.
That tip will really help.
