Looks like I'll need to buy a forklift:rolleyes:

Actually, the Ingeco will be a bit of a problem.  My Bobcat with forks can only lift a ton, while the Ingeco will be just over 2 tons.:eek:

To begin with, I'll have to find a spot for the Ingeco, and it will basically stay there until I figure a way to move it.

You have a good month yet.
Build a dedicated trailer for that INGECO.
Get some measuremants to make sure it has the right spacing for bolting down the engine.
Take the trailer with you to the Cottonwood AZ show.
If you don't have room to get the trailered engine inside then make sure the trailer has a solid deck so it will be easy to enclose it all the way.

Yup, I only needed the tap to make the part for the ice cream freezer.
I just figured I should have the die too.
I forget which engine it is but I think the head studs are 1/2-12 and I am missing one.
In the next week or two I will be re-configuring that freezer and I am sure I will need to make another adapter.
I found a great 20/1 RT angle gear-box so now I don't need to use all those large and small pulleys or the jack-shaft.

Ha,
My sweet wife just doesn't complain.
If I come in smelling like gasoline or exhaust she will notice and say something but that is it.

That is exactly how the handle on my two gallon ice cream machine was attached.
Mine is not a White Mountain but it works just like one and was made in India.
It was so easy to take my handle off because when I opened the box the handle was not attached.

The funny thing was the threads were 1/2-12tpi
Them folks in India must have copied an old freezer too closely

I ordered a tap & die and since the pulley I was going to use had a 1" bore I center drilled a piece of 1" rod, tapped it then cut it off about 1 1/4" long to make a bushing for the pulley.

I will nominate ALS.  I thought we always sent money there because of a list member that died from Lou Gehrig's Disease.
This is my choice because my father, Harold Bowen, died at age 44 from this disease.

I disagree Alan. With "dial up", I can download all the SEL messages, log off and then read (and reply) at my leisure. When I'm ready I log on and send. My ripoff Telkom does not get too rich off me.
