Thought I'd post a pic of one of my INternationals even though it is not a farm tractor it is from the same family. This one I bought in 89. Its a 56-57 model S-160 that I use occasionally as a water truck. When the old Adirondack green paint is cleaned up and waxed it looks not too bad at all. Odometer reads just over 18,000 miles.

Thanks Danny. Its not quite as perfect as the picture might indicate. Up close there is a lot of stone chipping on the front, plenty of scratches on the hood and roof top from its previous life. At some point before I bought it I think it was re-painted but a pretty good job. It has had indoor storage since I bought it in 89 which sure helps. Its a nice solid old truck that feels good to drive. It was originally a short wheelbase truck but the frame has been cut and lengthened a few feet to handle a grain box.

International must have used different letter identification in Canada from the U.S. My 1957 cab over was a S-160 and my 1960 converted semi tractor was a B-180. Your cab style here would be a R-160... Gene

I would have to respectfully disagree with you on that. I am sure there was no difference between U.S. and Canadian sheet metal on these series trucks. The S was built in 56 to 57. The R from 53 to 55. Here is a picture of my R160. You can see quite a difference in the front end from the S series even though they shared the same cab. Side windows were a little deeper on the S series and it also has the big back window (one piece) whereas most of the R series had the split rear window.
